  My family and I were moving back to Orlando after some time away, and we couldn't have bought the perfect house without Margaret's help. She went to every home we wanted to see and video-toured the place, and more, she provided valuable insight and was knowledgeable about the downtown and downtown-adjacent areas and builds within those areas. She provided a number of recommendations for services and repairs to get the home inspected and ready to be insured as well.   Once again, my husband and I called upon Margaret to handle the process of selling our home in Longwood, Florida in the community of the Springs and then concurrently turned to Margaret to assist us in relocating to Crystal River on the Gulf Coast where we found our dream home located in "The Islands" directly waterfront on a lagoon complete with a private dock. Our new home affords us the pleasure of being located just a short 10 minute boat ride to the open Gulf. Of course selling, buying and moving is always stressful but thanks to Margaret our stress was minimized and replaced with excitement surrounding our new adventure.   I had a terrific experience with Margaret and would definitely recommend her. This was my first time buying a home (see the cute house she posted pics of on 1/29/15) and she made the whole home-buying process easy.   Margaret is the best agent in Central Florida; I can say this because I have worked with her every way possible. I bought my first house from her in 2009 and she made the process so easy and worry free. Buying a first home can be a scary thing to do but Margaret listened and understood my wants and needs and we closed in 21 days from offer because of her hard work and attention to detail. In 2012 my now husband and I purchased a home together and she rented out both of our properties for us again with very little effort from us as she knew we were busy professionals. Margaret was able to rent my husband’s townhome in Longwood in less than a month (tenant just renewed for a third year) and my downtown Thornton in less than a week (two year tenant). She handled the background check, employment verification and getting the lease executed all we had to do was sign the paper work. I can back to Margaret this past September because my tenant had decided to move on to a house further away from downtown with a little more room. We decided with the market where it was at we would both list it for sale and for rent to see what we could get first. Margaret came to me within days with interested buyers and interested renters because of her quick turnaround to get it listed in the right places. We moved forward with the purchase offer and sold the same house that I had bought with her in 2009. The attention that Margaret pays to the process (paperwork, inspections, back and forth) is not easy to find. It is also not always easy to find and agent is always doing what is best for the client.
